Entry Requirements
Only persons who are, for the duration of the Promotional Period or at the time of the draw or any redraw:
- aged 18 years or over;
- residents of Australia;
- entitled to access the Participating Venue;
- not excluded (including an exclusion direction, an exclusion notice or a self-exclusion order) from a casino or premises operated by The Star Entertainment Group Limited (ABN 85 149 629 023) or its related entities including The Star Entertainment QLD Limited trading as The Star Gold Coast (collectively, “The Star Group” );
- not the subject of a Withdrawal of License from a casino or premises operated by The Star Group;
- not a director, officer, manager, employee or contractor of any of The Star Group entities; and
- not an immediate family member (including a sibling, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, spouse, former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, including a step-relation and an adoptive relation) of any person listed in paragraph e) above or of their spouse, former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner.
(“Eligible Entrants”).
A person who does not satisfy any of the criteria for an “Eligible Entrant” for the duration of the Promotional Period or at the time of the draw or any redraw is an “Invalid Entrant” and their entry will be deemed invalid (“Invalid Entry”).
Invalid Entrants are not, or will no longer be, eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion and will forfeit any entitlement to the prize.
How to Enter
During the Promotional Period an Eligible Entrant can enter the Promotion by:
- purchasing any Coca-Cola product from one of the Participating Venues. Entrants will receive a game card with a QR code and a unique code at the time of purchase, while stocks last;
- visit the promotional website (by scanning the QR code on the game card), follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and full address) and the unique code found on the game card; and
- (optional) select the tick box to agree to receive marketing from The Star.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Entries Permitted
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
- maximum of one (1) game card permitted per qualifying transaction;
- only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted;
- the same unique code cannot be used more than once;
- unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid;
- each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
Winner Determination
Draw:
- The draw will take place at Coca-Cola Place, Level 13, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia at 12:00 pm AEDT on Wednesday 03/12/25 using computerised random selection.
- The first valid entry drawn (that complies with these Terms and Conditions) will be the winner of the prize specified below.
- The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
- If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to deem any irregular Entry and disqualify such Entries, including the following:
- an Entry from a person who is not an Eligible Entrant;
- an Entry that does not accurately describe the Eligible Entrant’s details;
- an Entry that is fraudulent or forged;
- an Entry that appears to have been tampered with.

Further Prize Details
Travel Prize
- Travel must be taken between 9th April 2026 and 13th April 2026 to coincide with the 2026 Coachella Music Festival at Palm Springs, California. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
- Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
- Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
- The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
- Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
- The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
- The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
- Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
- Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
- The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
- The winner is responsible to provide correct personal information for flight bookings such as Full Name matching passport.
- A USA Visa waiver will be required on entry into USA. The winner and their companion must complete the USA Visa waiver prior to departure. Official ESTA Application Website, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (dhs.gov). If the winner’s ESTA Application gets rejected for any reason whatsoever, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
Tickets Prize
- This prize includes tickets to the 2026 Coachella Music Festival at Palm Springs, California, taking place from 10/04/26 – 12/04/26. If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend this event, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
- The 2026 Coachella Music Festival tickets are subject to the organiser’s terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or their companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
- If the winner and/or his/her companion is under the age of 21, they are not permitted in Licensed areas of the 2026 Coachella Music Festival. The Promoter is not responsible for the winner and/or their companion if they are found underage drinking or any related behaviour whilst participating in any element of the prize.
US$2,000 Visa Gift Card
- Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified with the gift card.
Winner notification
The winner will be contacted via email and phone and published at the promotional website by 08/12/25.
Unclaimed Prizes
Prize must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEDT on 12/01/26. In the event of any unclaimed prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 13/01/26. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and phone and published on the promotional website by 20/01/26.
If there are no prize winner(s) or winner(s) for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published on the promotional website.
General Terms and Conditions
- These General Terms and Conditions must be read together with the details set out in the Promotion Details above. By entering this Promotion, you accept these General Terms and Conditions.
- If an Eligible Entrant is issued an exclusion notice, exclusion direction or self-exclusion order pursuant to the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld) or issued a Withdrawal of License during the Promotional Period or prior to the draw or any redraw, that person will no longer be eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion and will forfeit any entitlement to a prize.
- The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
- Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
- All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
- If the winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.
- Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
- The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
- No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
- If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification.
- No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between the entrant and any person with whom the entrant chooses to, or chooses not to, share the Prize.
- Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter directly or through the Promoter’s agents or contractors and will be shared with The Star Entertainment QLD Limited trading as The Star Gold Coast, ABN 78 010 741 045, Casino Dr, Broadbeach QLD 4218 (“The Star”) (together the “Collectors”) for the purpose set out in this paragraph and, in respect of any selected winner, confirming whether the selected winner meets the Entry Requirements including whether or not the person is an excluded person or subject to a withdrawal of licence. Personal information will be stored on the Collectors’ databases. If, on entry in the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant selects the respective marketing sign up/opt-in tick box for The Star, the Eligible Entrant consents to The Star using their personal information for future marketing purposes regarding its services and products, including contacting entrants electronically via email (and the Eligible Entrant acknowledges that the Promoter or its agents will provide The Star with the personal information for that purpose). The Promoter will not use personal data collected for marketing purposes. The Collectors collect personal information about entrants to run this Promotion and may disclose entrants' personal information to its related entities and to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may also disclose entrants’ personal information to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Collectors without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Collectors’ Privacy Policies (see https://www.star.com.au/privacy-policy (for The Star) and https://www.cocacolaep.com/company/privacy-notice (for the Promoter)) include information about: (a) how an entrant can seek access to the personal information the Collectors hold about them and seek correction of the information; and (b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Collectors will deal with such a complaint.
- For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and postcode of residence.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner and their travel companion may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
- If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
- Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to relevant State regulation.
- To the extent that a situation, malfunction, or other issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) make a decision regarding those circumstances which is not inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions; and/or
(b) postpone any determination of a prize winner to a time and place which will allow the determination to be conducted in accordance with all Terms and Conditions other than those Terms and Conditions which specify the time and/or place of the determination of a prize winner. - The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
- Without limiting the preceding paragraph, the Promoter is not liable for: (a) any loss, expense, or damage that arises due to any delays in, or cancellations to, flights or accommodation to the extent those things are due to factors outside the Promoter's reasonable control; and (b) any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prizes or any damage that occurs to prizes if/when displayed at the Promoter’s premises to the extent those things are due to factors outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
- Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their companion) and cannot be separated into individual events or components.
- The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
- The laws of the state of Queensland govern the Promotion.
